About me
Michelle Wallace MSPA CPSP
I am the owner of Achieve Speech Pathology and sole therapist with no plans to expand. I graduated almost 25 years ago from the University of QLD with 1st Class Honors. I have had diverse experience working across a range of settings, including education, community health and disability services.
I am passionate about ensuring evidence based practice and remaining current with new practices. Since graduating, I have completed a range of additional training over the years. I have certification as a Hanen Parent Education presenter. I have also attended training in PROMPT, SOS mealtime interventions, orofacial myology, fluency and other speech sound disorder intervention options. I am constantly seeking to further my knowledge in a range of areas.
I also have experience assessing and supporting families to implement a range of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) options including Proloquo2Go, Speak4Yourself, PODD (paper based and app based), PECS, and other visual supports.
I am passionate about supporting families to achieve their goals, whatever they may be. I aim to provide a tailored and flexible speech pathology service that fits with your family's needs.
